Water Aerobics
Treat yourself to an hour of deep water aerobics with certified instructors. Sunday classes are a wonderful way to end the weekend and begin the new week! A stretching and aerobic workout at the end of “hump day” helps you get through the rest of your week relaxed and energized!
Are you new to Water Aerobics? Don't worry. No experience is required and we provide ALL necessary equipment!

Class Details
June 8 through September 7, 2025.
Sundays, 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM with Certified Instructor Kara Bowling
Wednesdays, 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM with Certified Instructor Jill Arvanitis
There will also be a bonus class on July 4th and Labor Day, 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM.
Please check in a few minutes early so class may begin on time!
Meet in the Lower Pool.
Drop-in for $10 per class, no preregistration is required. Bring cash or check made payable to HRARA to class.
Morning Swim
Morning Swim is a masters-like workout for adult and older teen swimmers of ALL ability levels who want to become stronger swimmers, improve their strokes, and enjoy a group workout with other swimmers.
Training is based on your goals:
- Improve your stroke
- Improve swimming endurance
- Learn a new stroke
- Get faster
- Triathlon prep
- Just get a good workout!

June 19 through August 8, 2024.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 6:30 to 7:30 AM.
Train with HRA swim team head coach, Abe Zimmerman.

Drop-in for $10 per session, no registration required. Workout passes can be purchased from May 1 through July 31 in blocks of 5, 10, or 20 workouts.
