Membership Share
New members must purchase a share (one-time payment) when joining the pool. This share gives you voting privileges on all pool matters and elections. Shareholders must maintain their status each year by paying either annual membership dues or an inactive shareholder fee. At the end of each season, ownership of abandoned shares automatically reverts back to HRARA and a new one would need to be purchased upon rejoining the pool. Share buy-backs are reevaluated each year. More information can be found in the HRARA bylaws.

Family Membership

This yearly fee provides full use of the facilities for the season to two adults and dependents permanently residing at the shareholder’s address. Additional adults may be added for a fee of $150.
2-Person Membership

This yearly fee provides full use of the facilities for the season to two individuals (at least one adult) and dependents under the age of 3, permanently residing at the shareholder’s address.
Individual Membership

This yearly fee provides full use of the facilities for the season to one adult.
Senior Couples, $530
This yearly fee provides full use of the facilities for the season to two people, both 65 years or older, permanently residing at the shareholder’s address.
Senior Individuals, $315
This yearly fee provides full use of the facilities for the season to an individual who is 65 years or older.

Early Bird Special

This discount is available for any membership purchased between April 1 and April 15.
Open House Special
$30 off
This discount is available to new members who attend the Open House event and register by Memorial Day.
Active Military
$50 off
This discount is available for any membership if at least one family member is currently active in the military. Proof is required.
Guest Passes
Day Guest Pass
$8
Members may bring guests with them to the pool with the use of a guest pass. The guest pass must be added to the member’s account before or upon entry to the pool. Guests may not enter the premises unless accompanied by the member. Unused guest passes do not carry over from year to year and are not refundable.
House Guest Pass
$150
Members hosting an out-of-town family member or similar person in their household during the season may add their guest to their membership so that they may visit the facilities. Members should contact the Membership Coordinator to discuss the particular situation prior to having these individuals at the pool to avoid confusion.
Caregiver Pass
$150
A Caregiver is an individual who is responsible for supervising or providing support for a family member. They should be included under the member’s private membership for the season and may only enter the facility when attending someone on the membership.
Agreements & Waivers
HRARA Shareholder Agreement and Waiver – Holmes Run Acres Recreation Association (HRARA) shareholder members must follow the organizational specifications, policies, and rules and regulations of HRARA, as well as agree to the terms and conditions of the HRARA Shareholder Waiver. Parents should review the Pool Area Rules with their children and guests to ensure that they understand them as well.
Unaccompanied Minors – Children, age 11 or older, may visit the pool without adult supervision provided they and their parent/legal guardian submit a code of conduct form at the start of the swim season.
