Water Aerobics

A midweek stretching and aerobic workout helps you get through the rest of your week relaxed and energized! Treat yourself to an hour of deep water aerobics with certified instructor Jill Arvanitis. Drop-in classes are $10 per class; $100 for 11. Pay by cash or check (attn. HRARA). No reservation required, just join the group at the lower pool. Please arrive 15 minutes early so that you can be ready for class on time. All of the needed equipment is provided.
