Midsummer Gala, A Crab Feast Dinner and Dance (ADULT)

Volunteer Set-up Instructions

A special note about the weather: As with any outdoor summer party, there is a chance that rain or storms will interrupt our event. The long range forecast — just out today — is calling for a beautiful evening though! Guests are welcome to bring popup canopies in case of rain. If there are storms, we will follow our standard policy of closing the facility until 30 minutes past the last sound of thunder. While there are no refunds for weather interruptions or cancellations, we will do everything we can to reopen and have a great evening, even if storms happen. We will also have “to go boxes” to take home your fill of food if need be.
