Capital Chicken & Waffles (CCW) is Washington DC’s first and only chicken and waffles food truck. Serving hungry patrons in and around the Nation’s Capital, CCW opened in January 2013 as one of only 19 food trucks chosen to serve during the Presidential Inauguration events. The truck, founded by 29-year-old
