Fall Party and Pig Roast

Free – $24.00Swimming may be over for this year, but there is still another chance to get together with your Holmes Run Pool friends at this festive gathering celebrating the Fall season. Don’t miss this favorite annual event.
Food: There will be plenty to eat, including slow roasted pig lovingly grilled on site all day by our own member chef Jim Wright with the assistance of HRARA president Mark Sites. Homemade vegetarian chili, mac-n-cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, and dessert will also be served along with apple cider. Complementary beer will be available. If you wish to have other alcoholic beverages, please BYOB.
Activities: Kids are invited to decorate a mini pumpkin that they can take home with them. There will also be marshmallows to roast!
Non-members: Non-member friends are welcome. We hope you’ll join us!

Please keep in mind, our volunteer organizers appreciate when guests purchase their tickets earlier rather than later as it helps them ensure there is enough food and drink prepared for this event.
Volunteers: Get a free ticket when you volunteer! Every event at Holmes Run Pool is run by volunteers. When you volunteer, you are helping make this event possible!
- Volunteer tickets are free and include food and drinks.
- Volunteers must be an adult or teenager (13+).
- Limit one volunteer per family.
3:00 pm to 4:00 pm Set Up
Set up tables, chairs, tablecloths, and drinks. (4 spots)
4:30 pm to 5:30 pm Tickets
Check in guests at the door. (2 spots)
5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Pumpkin Craft
Hang out at the pumpkin craft tables. Help kids with crafting. Tidy up supplies as needed. (4 spots, teens preferred)
8:30 pm to 9:30 pm Clean Up
Pack food into carryout containers for guests to take home, clean up tables, and take out the trash. (2 spots)
